Founded by author Diann Shaddox, who has lived with the challenges of ET her entire life, the organization's leadership consists of members with Essential Tremor who share this journey.

Inspired by the heartfelt stories of others who struggle with ET, Diann knew she wasn't alone and felt a strong sense of urgency to offer support and seek a cure for Essential Tremor. She advocates uniting the ET community and leading research to develop new treatments and a cure. 
BIO
Diann Shaddox is a mother, grandmother, author, and Native American member of the Wyandotte Nation. She is the Founder of the Diann Shaddox Foundation for Essential Tremor, a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to Essential Tremor research. 
Diann has lived with the challenges of Essential Tremor (ET) her entire life, founded the Diann Shaddox Foundation for Essential Tremor in 2014, and serves as a powerful advocate for those affected by ET.  ​
