Halloween fun stuff to do with kids.
Well, time is running out and Halloween will be here in a few weeks. Do you have your ideas of what crafts and fun stuff you're making with the kids. I've been looking around and I have come up with some neat stuff, just in case if you need any ideas.
I used to do all kinds of crafts with my kids when they were young and it seems the ideas are still the same, but with a fun twist.
This little Google-eyed pumpkin doesn't need any instructions. You just need a child that loves to decorate and bring the pumpkin to life. For me, we would have to name each pumpkin.

The Button Pumpkin is so cute and I think you could add anything you have around the house besides buttons. I would make this little pumpkin with a face. See what your kids think.
Here is the site to help you, it has a download for the pumpkin to help get you started.
Coffee Filter spiderwebs
I love this idea and you can even turn these little fellows into snowflakes for winter. A very inexpensive craft idea and so much fun for the kids. They love to see the shapes when they're done. You will also have to make some little black spiders to go along and attach to the web.
Here's the site just in case you need instructions.
No-Cook Natural Cinnamon Play Dough
I've made play dough over the years, but this sounds like so much fun and would smell wonderful. You can't go wrong with the smell of cinnamon in the fall. It makes your home smell warm and inviting.
Here's the link and recipe, have fun.
Toilet Paper Roll Bats
Okay, I couldn't get away without adding a Halloween craft made from toilet paper rolls or paper towel rolls. I love these little bats that you can hang, but you can also open the end and put candy inside. I think candy corn would be neat and colorful, it would also rattle.
Once more here is the site in case you need more instructions.

Pumpkin Paper plates
You can buy different color paper plates and turn them into pumpkins, witches, and black cats by using construction paper. Then you can hang them. A great idea for little ones.
I hope these ideas help you come up with your own crafts and make memories with your children on a cool fall day. Maybe invite some of your kid's friends over and have a party.
I will be adding snack ideas to make with kids in my next post.
Happy Southern Dreams & Halloween.
